CHICKEN SUPREME 
2-3 c. cubed chicken or turkey
2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated cheese
Mushrooms (optional)

TOPPING:

1 roll Ritz crackers
1 tbsp. poppy seed
Melted butter

Grease 9x13 pan or glass dish. Combine and pour into dish. Spread topping evenly over dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until bubbly.

(I often make a one dish meal by putting cooked rice and chopped frozen broccoli in pan first.)
