PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. chopped bell pepper
2 tbsp. chopped green onion
1/4 c. drained crushed pineapple
2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 c. chopped pecans

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add green pepper, green onions, pineapple, seasoned salt and one cup of pecans. Mix well. Shape into ball, then roll in pecans. Chill 1-2 hours. Garnish as desired. Serve with crackers.
