PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. pecans, chopped
2 tbsp. onions, finely chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1 tsp. seasoning salt

Soften cream cheese; stir and add pineapple, green pepper, onion, salt and 1 cup of the pecans. The remaining cup of pecans should be put into a blender and chopped very fine. Shape cheese mixture into a ball and roll in chopped pecans. Refrigerate. Serve with various snack crackers.
