CHILE DIP 
Chopped onion
2 cloves pressed garlic
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 can chopped green chili peppers, remove seeds, wash

Saute onion and garlic. Add tomato sauce, salt, and chili powder. Simmer a little. Add the Velveeta cheese and stir until it melts. Add chopped green chili peppers. Serve as hot dip for crackers.
