MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen tortillas
2 lbs. hamburger
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. water
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 (13 1/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (13 1/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can taco sauce
1 sm. can chopped chili peppers
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Place a layer of tortillas in bottom of casserole. Brown hamburger with salt, pepper and garlic powder; add remaining ingredients except cheese. Place a layer of meat mixture over the tortillas, then place another layer of tortillas; place meat mixture on top. Add grated cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
