MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. tortillas, frozen
2 lb. hamburger
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
10 oz. can enchilada sauce
10 oz. taco sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
10 oz. can tomato and green chiles
Grated cheese

Brown meat, bell pepper, and onion; drain. Add soups and sauces; heat through. Quarter tortillas; add tortillas to meat mixture. Heat through. Add cheese and heat until cheese is melted. Serve.
