PINA COLADA CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix without pudding

Prepare cake mix as on box, then add:

3 1/2 oz. shredded coconut

Pour into 7"x8" baking pan, lightly oiled. Bake at 350 degrees. When cake is done punch holes in cake with a fork and pour 1 can pina colada oil of coconut over cake. Save 1 tablespoon oil of coconut to go into frosting.

When cake is cooled, frost with 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip and 2 tablespoons coconut. Refrigerate. Buy pina colada at liquor store. This is delicious.
