PINA COLADA PUDDING CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix II
1 sm. pkg. Jello instant vanilla pudding
1 c. flaked coconut
1/4 c. corn oil
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. dark rum
4 eggs

Put all ingredients in bowl. Beat at medium for 10 minutes. Pour into 2 greased 9" pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cook well done.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple & juice
1 sm. pkg. Jello instant coconut cream pudding
1/3 c. dark rum

Beat until well blended and thick. Fold in 9 ounces Cool Whip. Blend well. Frost and refrigerate.
