1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. salted peanuts
1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows

Melt chocolate chips, milk, butter; mix well. Fold in nuts and marshmallows. Pour into greased 9"x13"x2" pan. Chill 2 hours before serving.
