MARINATED SHISH KABOB | |
1/2 tsp. ginger 1 tsp. sugar 4 tbsp. oil 1/4 c. soy sauce 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 clove garlic, minced Meat of your choice Marinate one hour and stir. Fry meat in wok until pink. Add remaining sauce. Set aside. Fry vegetables, baby onions, strip peppers until tender. Add sliced mushrooms. Combine meat with vegetables and add cherry tomatoes (sliced in half). Heat and serve. |
