PEPPERED STEAK 
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 cube butter
1 round steak, cut into bite sized pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
Seasoned salt to taste
Garlic salt to taste
2 pkgs. brown gravy mix
2 c. water
1-2 yellow peppers
1/2 - 1 jalapeno pepper
Rice

Saute mushrooms in butter in a large pan. Add steak, salt and pepper, garlic salt and seasoned salt to taste. Cook meat until brown. Add gravy mix and water. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add peppers a little at a time until it's hot enough. Add more seasoned salt to taste. Simmer for 20-30 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
