SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2/3 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. finely chopped onions
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. milk

Combine ingredients and then fry in oil. When done, remove meatballs and oil from skillet. Set meatballs aside, discard oil.

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. green pepper, finely chopped

Stir cornstarch, brown sugar, pineapple juice (drained from corn), vinegar and soy sauce in small bowl until smooth, then pour into skillet, cook over medium heat until thick, boil 1 minute. Keep stirring, then add pineapple pieces (from can) and green pepper, return meatballs to skillet. Mix with sauce. Serve.
