THE ULTIMATE SAUCE CREME DIJON 
1/3 c. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
2 eggs
1 c. cream (heavy or light)
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. tarragon or dill weed

In small saucepan, beat all ingredients until smooth. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly just until it begins to thicken. Makes 1 2/3 cups. Serve with beef, poultry, fish and vegetables. Excellent over green beans or broccoli.
