DILL PICKLES 
BRINE:

2 c. water
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. tumeric for color

Bring to boil so sugar will melt

1 tsp. salt (canning salt only)
1 tsp. mixed pickling spices
2 or 3 cloves of garlic
Fresh dill and or dill seeds
