KOSHER DILL PICKLES 
1 lg. head of dill
2 tbsp. pickling spice
3 tbsp. salt
3 cloves garlic
1 hot Hungarian pepper
1 c. vinegar
Grape leaves

Select cucumbers of uniform size. Wash and pack into 1/2 gallon jar. Add ingredients. Fill with cold water. Pack grape leaves on top. Put lid on. Ready to eat in 2 weeks; 1/2 gallon.
