KOSHER DILL PICKLES 
1 qt. cider vinegar
3 qts. water
1 c. salt
Pickle cucumbers
Sprigs of dill
Cloves of garlic (optional)

Boil vinegar, water and salt. Pack cucumbers in quart jars, with sprig of dill and clove of garlic per jar. Cover with "juice". Seal. Wait 6 weeks before eating.
