LASAGNA 
2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. olive oil
1 med. onions
2 cloves garlic
3 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
2 sm. cans tomato paste
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. celery flakes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. parsley flakes
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. sweet basil
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 box lasagna noodles
1 lg. carton cottage cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown beef, drain fat. Add remaining ingredients. I put the tomatoes and onions through my blender. Cook about 3 hours, stirring often on low heat. Place layer of uncooked noodles in bottom of oiled glass 10 x 14 inch dish. Do layer of meat sauce, then cottage cheese, then Mozzarella cheese. Repeat with second layer adding the grated Parmesan cheese to finish. Bake 30 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven. Freezes well.
