LOW-CALORIE BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1/4 tsp. onion salt
2 oz. blue cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 water

Put cottage cheese, lemon juice, onion salt and water in blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add blue cheese, blend until nearly smooth. Store in refrigerator. Will keep about 5 days. Yield: 1 1/2 cups - 1 serving 2 tablespoons = 1/4 fat or 25 calories.
