GUACAMOLE SUPREME 
2 med. ripe avocados
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. grated or minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Lemon juice to taste

Peel ripe avocados and mash lightly. Blend in other ingredients. Place seed in the mixture and place in refrigerator until it is time to serve. Remove the seed. The mixture will darken and lose its fresh green color unless the seed is left in until the dip is served. Serve with tortilla chips or on a bed of lettuce garnished with tomato wedges.
