4 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 unbaked pie shell

Mix potatoes, sugar, soda, vanilla, sour cream, baking powder, eggs, allspice, and cinnamon together in a mixing bowl. Mix until well blended. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes until a knife inserted around the edge comes out clean, but may not come out clean in the middle.
