STIR FRIED BEEF 
1 lb. beef round steak
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. beef bouillon
1 clove garlic, minced
2/3 c. water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt

Slice beef into thin strips. Combine all of above, add beef strips, stir to coat. Cover and let stand for 1 hour. Drain the beef well and reserve marinade.

2 med. sliced carrots
2 tbsp. oil
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen pea pods
1/4 c. cold water
1 sm. head cauliflower
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Cook carrots and cauliflower in boiling water 3 minutes, then drain. Preheat large skillet or wok over high heat and add oil. Brown beef strips, remove and add mushrooms, pea pods, carrots and cauliflower. Cook until crisp. Add beef. Blend marinade, 1/4 cup water and cornstarch and add to skillet. Cook until bubbly. Serve over rice.
