FISH CAKES 
1 lb. frozen fish, cut up
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. potato, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper

Cook all ingredients until tender; mash. Add 2 eggs. Using large spoon form cakes. Roll into corn flake crumbs. Bake in a 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
