MACARONI CHEESE DELUXE 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. or 1 3/4 c. elbow macaroni
2 c. sm. curd cream style cottage cheese
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 slightly beaten egg
3/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
8 oz. sharp American cheese, shredded (about 2 c.)
Paprika

Cook macaroni, drain well. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, salt and pepper. Add shredded cheese, mixing well, stir in macaroni. Bake in 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
