CHICKEN BREAST AND GRAVY 
6 chicken breasts
1/2 c. white wine
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 can drained sliced mushrooms

Place chicken skin side up in baking dish. Salt and pepper. Mix wine, soup and mushrooms together. Pour over chicken. Bake 1-1 1/4 hours in a 350 degree oven. Remove from oven. Pour drippings into saucepan. Add sour cream and warm. Serve as gravy over rice and chicken.
