CHICKEN WITH SOUR CREAM GRAVY 
3 lbs. chicken, cut up
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. sour cream

Coat chicken with flour. Melt butter in shallow pan and arrange chicken, skin side down. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and turn chicken. Combine soup, onion mix, mushrooms, and sour cream; pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, for 45-60 minutes longer. 4-6 servings.
