AMISH CREAM PIE 
1 pie shell, baked
1/4 c. corn starch
1 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook corn starch, sugar and milk until thick. Add butter and vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
