INDIAN FRY BREAD 
2 c. flour
1/4 c. dry milk
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. sugar
1 1/4 c. warm water
Oil

Combine flour, dry milk, baking powder, salt and sugar into large mixing bowl. Make hole in center. Pour in water, mix just until thoroughly combined and smooth. Let stand 20 minutes.

Portion dough by heaping tablespoons onto floured board. Roll and fry in large skillet in 1 inch hot oil, turning once, until golden brown.
