1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Heat oven to 350. Grease 9 inch pie pan. Put all ingredients in a blender, blend on high 30 seconds until smooth. Pour in pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean (about 30-35 minutes). Cool before cutting. Makes its own crust. Easy and delicious.
