MEXICAN STYLE ROLLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
3 dashes Tabasco
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. sliced black olives
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
8 hamburger or hot dog buns

Cook beef and onions; drain off fat. Blend in flour, chili powder, oregano, salt, and Tabasco. Blend in tomato sauce and chili sauce and cook slowly, stirring frequently until thick (about 20 minutes). Add olives, let cool, then stir in cheese.

Fill buns and put in shallow pan and bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. NOTE: You can fill ahead of time, wrap in foil, and freeze.
