MEXICAN ROLL UPS 
Lg. flour tortillas (9 or 10)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can chopped black olives (small)
1 can chopped chilies (small)
6 or 8 chopped green onions
1 jar dried beef (chopped) (2 1/2 oz.)
Chives, if desired

Mix together with mixer, spread thinly on tortilla, tightly roll. Cool in refrigerator then slice and serve with picante sauce.
