R.I.'S QUICK RHUBARB JAM 
5 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. crushed pineapple 3 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello

Combine rhubarb, pineapple and sugar in pan bring to a boil cook for 12 minutes. Stirring frequently, remove from heat. Add Jello stir until dissolved place in jars and seal.
