FIRST LAYER:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Mix and spread in bottom of 9 x 13 dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes and cool.

SECOND LAYER:

1 c. conf. sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Mix and spread on first layer.

THIRD LAYER:

2 sm. boxes, instant choc. pudding
2 c. milk

Mix and spread on second layer.

FOURTH LAYER:

Cool Whip
Nuts

Can double first layer to make crunchies. Takes 1 large container of Cool Whip.
