ARTICHOKE SQUARES 
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 well beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. oregano
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 (6 oz.) cans marinated artichoke hearts
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. pepper
2-3 drops Tabasco sauce

Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Put onion in water and boil until tender; drain. In bowl combine eggs, crumbs, salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce. To this mixture add onion and all remaining ingredients. Spread in greased 9"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 17 to 18 minutes. Cut into squares. Serve hot.
