HOT POTATO SALAD 
8 potatoes, cooked, diced
1 lb. soft American cheese, diced
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. onion, diced
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. stuffed olives, sliced
2 tbsp. pickle relish
1/2 lb. bacon, diced, fried crisp

Mix together potatoes, cheese, mayonnaise and onion in 9"x12" casserole dish. Combine olives, relish and bacon and spread on top. Heat in 325 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.
