HUMMINGBIRD CREAM CHEESE
FROSTING
 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Pecans for decoration

Combine cream cheese and butter, beating until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and cinnamon; beat until light and fluffy. Makes enough to frost one 3 layer cake. Refrigerate cake.
