YAMS 
2 cans yams, undrained
1/4 c. brown sugar
Miniature marshmallows

Place yams and brown sugar in iron skillet. Cook yams in iron skillet over medium heat. When they begin to boil, turn to low heat. Stir occasionally mashing yams. When they resemble mashed potatoes, remove from heat and turn into casserole dish. Top with marshmallows, brown in oven for a few minutes.
