RICE PUDDING MADE EASY 
1 c. rice
1 stick butter
1/2 c. raisins
3 c. milk
2 qts. cold water
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, well beaten

Boil rice in water until tender; add butter, sugar and raisins. Remove from heat. Add beaten eggs, vanilla and milk. Stir well. Cook in 325 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
