ORANGE CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, boned
1 medium onion, sliced
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sherry wine
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. orange rind, grated
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Skin and debone chicken breasts. Place in bottom of microwave dish. Combine remaining ingredients and cook until slightly thickened. Pour over the chicken and cover with glass lid. Microwave on 3/4 power level (7 or 8) for 20 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
