BARBECUE CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lb. chicken drumettes
1/2 c. shoyu
1/2 c. catsup
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic
1 piece ginger

Place spareribs or chicken wings in pan. Combine all other ingredients and pour over. Cook about 45 to 60 minutes over low heat. Remove from pan and broil just before serving.
