BARBECUED CHICKEN WINGS 
4-5 lbs. wings, separated at joints

Dredge in: 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. chili powder

Brown in 6 tablespoons oil. Put in casserole. Cover with 1 cup commercial barbecue sauce. Bake in covered pan for 1 1/2 hours in 325 degree oven. Serves 35.
