PINEAPPLE CHESS PIE 
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 stick butter

Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes until set then continue to bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
