BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bacon, fried, crumbled
1/3 c. butter
4 c. croutons
2 c. shredded cheese
8 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Sliced green onion
Canned mushrooms
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped green pepper

Prepare bacon. Melt butter in 9"x13" pan. Spread croutons over butter then sprinkle with cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard until fluffy. Pour over croutons and cheese. Sprinkle on bacon and desired amount of various toppings. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Let stand several minutes before serving.
