ALMOND BARS 
2 pkgs. coconut pecan frosting mix
2 c. self-rising flour
2 sticks butter, melted
1 tbsp. almond flavoring
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. almond extract
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. milk

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix dry frosting mix, flour, melted butter, almond flavoring, salt and egg. Press into 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 inch jelly-roll pan. Bake 15 minutes, being careful not to overbake. When done the bars will not be brown or have a crust.

Combine powdered sugar, almond extract, salt and milk and drizzle over bars. Cut while warm. Makes 64 bars.
