PEAR `N' APPLE COBBLER 
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. plus 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon, divided
2/3 cup orange juice
1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling
1 (15 1/4) can sliced pears, drained
1 1/2 cups biscuit/baking mix
2 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. sugar, (divided)
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted

In a large saucepan, combine the cornstarch, 1/4 tsp. of cinnamon and orange juice until smooth. Gently stir in pie filling and pears. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Keep warm.

In a bowl, combine the biscuit mix, 2 Tbsp. sugar, milk and butter into an ungreased 11 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish. Drop batter in 6 mounds onto fruit mixture. Combine the remaining sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the top.

Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly and a toothpick inserted in the biscuit comes out clean. Serve warm.

Yields: 6 servings.
