2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. cocoa

Mix together in a small saucepan. Boil 1 minute after it comes to complete boil. Cool and add 2 teaspoons vanilla; beat and put on cake.
