3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. cold water
2/3 c. salad oil

Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased and floured pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
