CRUNCH DROPS 
2 sticks butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. quick cook oatmeal
4 oz. coconut
1 c. chopped English walnuts

Soften butter. Add sugars, eggs, salt and vanilla. Mix well and add oatmeal, coconut, mix then add flour, soda and add nuts last. Bake at 350 degrees on greased cookie sheet for approximately 25 minutes.
