CORNBEEF/JELLO 
3 oz. pkg. lemon jello (dissolve in 1/2 c. hot water)
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can cornbeef (break with fingers)
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. lemon juice
Can substitute chicken for cornbeef, chop fine

Dissolve jello in hot water. Mix all ingredients together and pour jello over and mix. Pour into a 9 x 9 inch pan. This doubles very well for a 9 x 13 inch pan.
