CORN PUDDING 
1 (1 lb.) can cream-style corn
3 eggs
2 c. milk (half & half or evaporated milk makes a richer casserole)
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour or cornstarch
4 tsp. butter

Beat eggs and milk together. Add next 4 ingredients. Pour into greased 9-inch square pan. Bake 30-40 minutes on 400 degrees. The consistency of the finished dish should be firm but soft. Top should be brown. Serves 8.
