HASTY TASTY CORN PUDDING 
3 eggs
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. half and half cream
1 tbsp. melted butter

Beat eggs until thick. Blend in creamed corn. Combine flour, sugar, salt and pepper; slowly stir half and half into dry ingredients to make a smooth paste. Add to corn mixture.

Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Crispy bacon pieces, chopped pepper or pimento may be added if desired.
